How We Charge

The prices shown here are for our standard services. If your requirements fall outside the standard, please give us a call. We will quote you a fair price.

Basically, we charge by the hour. Nurses and Star Team aides are billed at a higher rate than other home-care aides. Mileage is additional, if the client is transported in our employee's car. Out-of-pocket expenses for supplies, shopping, etc. are also additional.

You pay only for the services you need. There are no weekly or monthly commitments. Our charges can be billed to the client, client's relative, client's Trustee, client's insurance company, or to Medicaid. August Home Health does not bill Medicare.

Note: Prices are subject to change without notice.

What Our Clients Say:

"When I had my surgery and couldn’t use my arm, Betty was there for me … she would open bottles, set out my food, pull down my bed, and arrange my medications … it made me feel better even when I was hurting."
